Ingredients
- 4-5 cloves clove of garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce dark
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 lb pork belly cubed (any pork)

Instructions
- Cook for 1 hour (closed pot, medium flame), adding 1 cup of water at a time. Add more soy sauce and sugar if needed.
