- 2 tbsp good-quality olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small fennel bulb trimmed, cored and finely chopped
- 1 clove clove of garlic, finely minced
- 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
Tahini Sauce
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsely
- 2 tsp ground Cumin
- 1 clove clove of garlic, finely minced
- Dash to taste salt and pepper
