Instructions
skin, rinse and pat dry the chicken quarters. Make 2 slits in each piece of chicken and set aside.
stir together and mix well all of the seasonings.
cover the quarters and let marinate for 3 hours.
preheat the oven to 475 degrees, and transfer the chicken to an overproof dish.
remove, plate and garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and lime.
