Having been in the Real Estate business, for a very long time, I’ve seen the desktop and cloud based software. Simply put, it’s time for me to step up to the challenge.
I plan on beginning my project this month. I spent some time and have a goal, that is to provide both a product for both the desktop and our DLG – HomeBASE Hosting Service.
Currently, there is a very limited source of desktop software, and a wide variety of Cloud based services.
The most highly rated being AppFolio .. which our Property Managers have been using for both our Commercial and Apartment properties.
There’s no rush on this project, so I’ll be getting it started and setting up my own Project Plan. I’ll have my basic edition setup by April ’17 or sooner. However, it’s gonna take some time, thinking and doing to include all the functions and features. For example, I believe that since many owners use QuickBooks, I will be setting up or Property Manager to include an automated link.
