As many know, I’ve been in both the corporate world, and real estate for most of my life. I’ve especially enjoyed creating computer applications, i.e., websites and web applications (since the inception of the pc).
The simple answer to “Where Do We Go From Here? .. is upward and onward. Despite what may seem to be the last chapter, we’ll it ain’t over tis the fat lady sings! I’ve included a slideshow of life as it is today. Some may say or think when is enough .. enough? Well, “never”.
During my life, I began helping prepare family meals and I became a Doo Wop singer, completed my BBA and MBA (as well as technical certifications). Lots of side interests also filled my life, i.e., music, cooking, photography and a love of the IT world. I’m still Doo Wop Buddies with lots of Da Boys.
As it would be, I was a corporate type, independent IT consultant and developer, but throughout it all .. I was also doing the night/weekend shift in The De Lorenzo Family Real Estate Business. We relocated from NYC to Tucson in October ’99. During the period that followed, Paulina .. son John and I all invested our funds in both real estate, as well as in the financial markets. While Paulina and I are semi-retired and finally enjoying our golden years (with John as our Managing Partner).
Looking back, it wasn’t easy, there were times when you want to stop dreaming and accept life as it is. But, without dreams what good is it all. My website and online videos included many personal areas, i.e., memories, and web database applications. Checkout my brief Introduction including highlights of my personal life and times.
First, my website tell’s it all, but who’s got the time or interest in seeing lots of history. However, yesterday’s gone and tomorrow isn’t promised and so the dreams live on. The dreams will never die.
Frankly, I missed my old IT days and have begun again. That’s what this site is all about. I also setup a separate more simple site.
Over the past 6+ years, we’ve enjoyed our life at home in the Skyline Country Club Estates, with family .. friends and .. business associates. I also have a longer show that highlights live as we have lived it … 52 minute home tour showing our home and memories of our hosting and life.
Today, my IT endeavors will allow me to use our home and offices for the business as well as our personal life. I am now still setting up my IT business, opening an online school and looking for Strategic Partners and a development team (for several platforms). In addition, our “Snowbird Life” will enable me to continue regardless of where I am.
The business focus includes:
- Consulting and Feasibility Studies
- Applications (Websites and Web Database)
- Support (help and technical support)
- Education (building your own sites and databases, as well as using the HomeBASE software applications.
Last, but not least, I’m now and will be looking for Strategic Partners, Development Teams, and customers (of course).
