Old-Fashioned Meatloaf
Mixture of meat and some wonderful and magical ingredients. Easy to make, and a real crowd pleaser. Families all over, and kids of all ages, enjoyed this classic.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F,
  2. In a large heavy skillet cook onion, garlic, celery, ;arrot, and scallion in butter over moderate heat, stiring, 5 minutes. Cook vegetables, covered? stirring lccasianally. until carrot is tender, about 5 minutes nore. Stir in salt, pepper. Worcffstershire sauce, and 1 cup of ketchup and cook, stirring. 1 minute.
  3. In a large bowl combine well vegetables, meats, ‘read crumbs, eggs, and parsley. In a shallow baking an form mixture into a 10- by 5-inch oval loaf and spread remaining W cup ketchup over loaf.
  4. Bake meat loaf in oven 1 hour, or until a meat therlometer inserted in center registers 155° F.
  5. Serve meatioaf with ketchup. Serves 4 to 6,
