We’re doing a Feasibility Study for a Property Management System. This includes setting up our own seminar now scheduled for June 1, 2018 at 12 Noon, and the development team from the attendees.
Our years of experience in both IT and Real Estate are prompting us to consider the project.

Attendees are expected to come prepared to be prepared, that is review of “Rentek” as well as experience with both WordPress and Filemaker.
The site will be setup using WordPress and FileMaker. Anyone interested in being an entrepreneur and working with us is welcome to attend our Seminar. Â The Team will NOT be employees but “working partners” in our development.
We expect that the project could take year(s) to develop, but with the understanding that we will begin release of our product on a phased-basis so that we can be compensated for our efforts. We will provide the computer resources for development and operation of our business
Our aim is to use the tools, approach and developers to optimize the solution, with minimal time, effort and expense. Checkout a neat App that we’re now working on for our purposes.
